• Hardwood Flooring Installation Nail Down – nails and staples inclusive $3.50/sq. ft.
• Hardwood Flooring Installation Glue Down – concrete glue NOT included $3.50/sq. ft.
• Hardwood Flooring Installation $3.25/sq. ft. Floating – basic underlayment inclusive.
• Laminate Flooring Installation $2.50/sq. ft. Click Floating – basic underlayment inclusive
• Standard Straight Stair Case $60/step (one side nose 42 inches wide or less) – Special shape or longer steps – per quote.
• Removal & Disposal existing floor for the newly installation areas:
  – Carpet – included free of charge
  – Vinyl or linoleum – peel right out – free or charge per hardness of removal.
  – Laminate floor – $1.50/sq. ft.
  – Tile – $2.50/sq. ft. single layer
  – Hardwood nailed or glued down – $3.50/sq. ft. single layer
• New Plywood installation on concrete – $3.00/sq. ft. Labor Only (Plywood NOT Included)
• New baseboard painting & installation – $2.00/linear foot under 4 1/4″ or $3.00/linear foot material provided by clients.
  Or existing baseboard removal and reinstallation – included free of charge.

Minimum Labor charge per job site $1500 or 500sq.ft. whichever is less.
